Description :

Bay leaves are harvested from the bay laurel tree, which can reach heights of up to 40 feet (12 meters). These trees are evergreen and can be grown in Mediterranean-like climates.The best time to harvest bay leaves is in late spring or early summer.After harvesting, the leaves are spread out in a single layer to dry.
