Description :

    Cloves are small, dark, reddish-brown, or brownish-black flower buds. They are typically nail-shaped, tapering to a rounded, bulbous head, and measure about 1/2 to 3/4 inches in length.Cloves are harvested from the clove tree, scientifically known as Syzygiumaromaticum. These trees typically reach maturity and start producing cloves after about 5-7 years.The timing of the harvest is critical.
