Description :

    Fenugreek seeds are small, hard, and angular with a distinct yellow-brown color. They have a somewhat oblong shape and are typically about 3-5 mm in length.The taste of fenugreek seeds is also distinctive. Fenugreek plants (Trigonella foenum-graecum) typically take around 3-4 months from planting to reach maturity and produce seeds. You’ll know it’s time to harvest when the plants start to turn yellow and the seed pods begin to dry. It is slightly bitter and can be a bit pungent, with a hint of sweetness.
